An experienced chairman, chief executive and non-executive director with a strong financial background, Simon qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG where he worked in acquisitions, venture capital and other advisory roles. Read More/Less

In 1987 Simon co-led the management buy-in of Life Sciences International plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, manufacturing and supplying scientific instruments and related consumables to laboratory markets world-wide. He held a number of financial and operational positions in the company, which was sold in 1997.

Simon now works with Chief Executives of small and medium sized businesses, drawing on his experience of running and developing groups of companies.

Simon is based near Basingstoke is married to Jo and they have three children. He is member of St. Leonard’s Church Oakley and runs a number of men’s groups for those who wish to deepen their understanding of their roles in work, home and church.

It is out of this wide variety of experiences in business and with people that Simon’s increasing concern to integrate faith with work has emerged. In 1997 he co-founded WORKTALK with Geoff Shattock.
