A former Royal Engineer, whose varied career has led him from Sandhurst to consultancy via Kenya, the USA and Cyprus. He now specialises in career change counselling. Author of a new book entitled ‘Whatever Next’ Jeremy now heads up the Whatever Next consultancy. He is a Board member of a charity specialising in resourcing Christians in the Armed forces and travels extensively in this capacity. Jeremy worships at St. Leonard?s church Chesham Bois.

Amanda Oliver is a fully trained beauty therapist with CIBTAC and City & Guilds qualifications. A practising therapist for ten years she now manages her own practice. Her extensive range of treatments includes massage for stress relief and deep relaxation.

Andrew Harrison was a resident of Riding Lights Theatre Co. from 1980-1983 and has contributed substantially to their work over the past twenty years. He has, in addition, created four one-man shows which have toured to great acclaim throughout the UK. His T.V. credits include: ‘Birds of a Feather’, ‘You Rang M’Lord’, ‘Miss Marple’, ‘The Bill’ and ’2000 Acres of Sky’ and for film: ‘A Little Loving’, ‘The Sea Change’ and ‘An Ideal Husband’. He made his West End debut in ‘Trelawny of the Wells’ with the late Sir Michael Hordern and has played leading roles in both Repertory theatre and on UK tours. In recent months he has devised and led role-play training sessions for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Napp Pharmaceuticals, Oracle and SITA Computing. Andrew is a lay reader with the Anglican Church and is based in North London.

Jon specialises in Organisation, Management, Team and Personal Development and the Management of Change.
Head of Jon Spencer Training & Consultancy, (JSTC). Jon spent four an a half years at the Bristol-based West of England Management Centre where he was latterly Senior Consultant. He joined WEMC from Dun & Bradstreet International, where he held numerous positions including financial analyst and branch manager. He has an MSc in Management Development & Training from the University of Bristol and a degree in Theology from London University. He is also a registered provider of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
