Jennifer O’Steen – Finance Officer
Jennifer lives in Ponte Vedra, FL and has been a CPA since 2003. She worked for KPMG and the PGA
TOUR. Jennifer and her husband, Ray have two young children. She currently works at home raising their two kids. She attends Christ the Redeemer Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL and is excited to help bring Worktalk to her church and the US.
Ron Rowe – Church Consultant

Ron was ordained as a pastor in the mid sixties and served as such for over twenty years. From 1988-93 he branched out to Director of missions in a Florida based Baptist Association and from ‘93 to the present time Ron has been Executive Director of the Jacksonville Baptist Association. In addition to this, for almost a decade, Ron has been Adjunct Professor at the Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary – Mill valley, California. On a community development level, Ron has long standing embership to a number of missions causes and since learning about the WORKTALK ministry has been key in supporting and enabling the strategic movement of bringing WORKTALK to Jacksonville and the US at large.
Tim Maynard – Pastors Liaison
Dr. Timothy D. Maynard became pastor of Fruit Cove Baptist in January, 1993. A Kentucky native, Dr. Maynard is a graduate of Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky and received a Doctorate in Ministry from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He has also served as Adjunct Professor in Pastoral Care at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary extension in Jacksonville. He and his wife, Pam have two grown children.
Frank Pearce – Business Liaison

Specializing in executive level searches, Frank has more than 20 years of management and consulting experience with top ranked companies along with his diverse experience in numerous workplaces settings – among these are teaching, advertising, and retail. Frank was actively involved in Jacksonville efforts to acquire an NFL team and was a catalyst in the relocation of City Hall to the historic St. James building. As vice chairman of the Chamber’s International Committee, he organized and coordinated the Chinese Ambassador’s visit to Jacksonville in 2001. He was one of 100 small business owners invited to meet with the President in June 2001 to discuss the importance of foreign trade agreements. Frank is also involved in numerous civic and charitable organizations in the community.
